KBMOD Podcast – Episode 35

Welcome to Episode 35! Though Dan was under the weather and John was busy dealing with movers this week, the podcast must go on! We are joined by our very own dueling Nicks Fenton and Jenkins to discuss this week’s happenings. We talk Guild Wars 2 (or is it Gears of War 2, Scott?) micro-transactions, Dark Souls likely coming to PC, recent Blacklight and Tribes updates, and the release of Nvidia’s badass new GTX 680. With the recent news that Robert Bowling is leaving Activision, the roundtable this week discusses the role of a “community manager,” and we debate whether companies should rely on a single person to manage their external social presence. Lastly, we wrap up with some great Twitter questions. Enjoy!

Brandon started his PC gaming days playing Doom II (IDDQD/IDKFA for life) and has been hooked on online gaming since the original Starsiege: Tribes. The way to his heart is through proper grammar, corn dogs, and cookie cake.
